RETROFIT
We can improve your existing installations: replacing the fluorescent lamps by the newest LEDS generation, upgrading the regulation, setting up supervision .
TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING
We provide installations in working order and adjusted according to your demand.For quick and easy handling, we provide support and training for operating personnel and maintenance personnel. These services are always included for products commissioned on customer’s site and optional for turnkey products. A telephone and / or skype assistance can then be provided.
TELEMATIC ASSISTANCE
As soon as our Phytronic Premium® supervision is installed, remote maintenance is feasible in order to perform very fast remote diagnostic. This option also makes it possible to carry out remote program evolutions when new services or modifications are requested.
MAINTENANCE AND AFTER-SALES
STRADER offers maintenance contracts including periodic inspections and revisions, as well as service contracts.When feasible, depending on the requirements in terms of on-call and response time, we can rely on a national network partner with staff trained by us close to our customers.
